A Mandate Management procedure, a project entirely developed by Imaging Group for a well-known SGR, allows for the organization of the entire document flow generated from the moment a new position is opened, to the acquisition of a new customer.

Some features of the solution include:

  • Creation of an electronic folder in which all documents, mandatory and optional, relating to the new customer are filed (e.g. claim history certificate, Privacy, Adequacy, etc.)
  • Document archiving with the possibility of massive archiving
  • Restricted user access
  • Integration with existing ERP systems
  • Consultation/search interface via web through personalized classification keys
  • Complete traceability of operations and Logs

Our solution aims to rationalize the process that leads to mortgage approval, from the initial customer request to its completion.

A BPM is beneficial in scenarios where it is necessary to follow and monitor the status of certain documents within a company organization. It reduces the management of paper documents including the typical problems of possible data loss, handwritten notes that are overlooked, etc.

A research of a given document managed through a BPM is much faster and is carried out even in highly distributed contexts. Consequently, this has a strong impact on Customer Satisfaction: a Customer Care that at any time can provide explanations as to the status of a customer’s file is unquestionably evaluated positively.

It is also possible to integrate Robotic Process Automation into the process, allowing bots to carry out repetitive activities, leaving more time for staff to devote themselves to greater value added activities.
