A list of the projects we have successfully developed are:

This project, developed for a leading insurance company, managed the following policies:

  • Life Insurance
  • Car Insurance
  • General liability

The entire project was developed as an ECM platform using IBM’s systems and was carried out with the following steps:

  • MIGRATION of the entire document cycle from the previous environment to the IBM system (roughly 5 million documents)
  • ARCHIVAL MANAGEMENT and document indexing with local acquisition management
  • MANAGEMENT OF INCORRECT DOCUMENTS through IBM’s BPM application
  • INTERFACE DEVELOPMENT for consultation and integrated visualization between IBM and Oracle DB.

This project, developed for a major insurance company, involved the automation of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process.

The Solvency II legislation requires insurers and insurance groups to assess the adequacy of its risk management and current and prospective solvency positions under normal and severe stress scenarios through systematic risk assessments. This assessment is an activity that involves the entire organizational structure, with particular focus on top management.

The internal risk assessment process defined by ORSA regulations takes the form of a final report (ORSA Report) which contains the qualitative and quantitative information that led to the determination of the Company’s risk profile.

The responsibility for the creation of this report is assigned to various actors (OWNER) each responsible, for his part, for the compilation of a word document.

Our project automated the management and preparation process of the documents that make up the ORSA report and provided the actors involved with the necessary tools to support all related activities.
